Refund Policy

1. Overview

VantaTool is committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the digital nature of our products and services — including social media accounts, boosting orders (followers, likes, comments), and virtual phone numbers — refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the guidelines below.

2. Social Media Accounts — Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund on account purchases if:

• The delivered account credentials are invalid or do not work at the time of delivery
• The account does not match the description listed (e.g., follower count significantly lower, wrong platform)
• The account is suspended or banned within 24 hours of delivery through no fault of the buyer
• A technical error prevented delivery of the purchased account

3. Boosting Orders (Followers, Likes, Comments) — Refund & Refill Policy

For boosting services:

• If followers, likes, or comments are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, you may request a refund or resubmission
• If delivered followers or likes drop below the ordered quantity during the refill guarantee period, we will refill them at no cost
• Refunds are available if we are unable to process or complete your boosting order
• Partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the order was delivered

4. Virtual Phone Numbers — Refund Policy

For phone number services:

• If the virtual number fails to receive the verification SMS, a refund or replacement number will be provided
• If the number expires before you can use it due to a platform issue, a refund will be considered
• Refunds are not available if the SMS was successfully received but you did not use it in time

5. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds are not available when:

• The buyer has already changed account credentials (password, email, phone) on a purchased account
• More than 48 hours have passed since the purchase
• The account was suspended due to the buyer's actions after delivery
• The buyer simply changed their mind about the purchase
• Followers or likes dropped after the refill guarantee period has ended
• The virtual phone number was successfully used but the buyer wants a refund anyway

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Navigate to your orders in the dashboard
2. Select the order in question (account purchase, boosting order, or phone number)
3. Submit a refund request with a description of the issue
4. Our team will review the request within 24 hours

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to your VantaTool wallet balance. We do not process refunds to external bank accounts or payment methods. Wallet balances can be used for future purchases across all services.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the dispute by contacting our support team with additional evidence. All disputes are reviewed by a senior team member.
